Happy memories:
Creek walking with my mom and renaming ourselves with plant names. It was summer. She was the camp leader. We made clay bead necklaces under the trees and wore them the rest of the week, running around in nature. It smelled like summer in my town. The best smell in the world. I had the coolest camp leader and she made me proud to be her daughter that week.
Today's affirmation:
I am able to continue to keep parasitic addicts out of my life as a form of self care. And strengthen my muscles and flexibility so I can take that class I've been wanting to take.
Today I will focus on shifting my pattern of:
giving people repeated chances to disappoint me
I am grateful for:
I woke up thinking how much I enjoy being alone with myself. I like how easy it is to maintain a healthy routine. How I don't feel exhausted and drained. My home, like my body, is a sacred space. It's nice to reclaim it. I can do yoga on my freshly cleaned floor knowing no one's athletes foot has walked on it. I can sit on my clean toilet without pee sprayed on my floor. No more gross smells. I can sleep without anyone's snoring waking me up. I enjoy silence whenever I want. No one's dirty hands grab at me or make demands. My infection is going away.
The person I am becoming will experience more:
health
I have an opportunity to be my future self today when I:
stretch and work my muscles and eat well
When I think about who I am becoming I feel:
strong
