I am grateful for:
people who let me ramble until i feel better and don't hate me for it. my cat for guarding my bed from ghosts when i had sleep paralysis this morning. the blissful break from helicopters and rioting outside my window last night, which my sick animals definintely appreciated
The person I am becoming will experience more:
inner and outer peace, inner and outer maturity, spiritual level awareness inside and out
I accomplished:
ate breakfast, slept enough, cleaned litter box
I have an opportunity to be my future self today when I:
laundry, vacuum, cook, yoga
When I think about who I am becoming I feel:
hopeful that maybe others will eventually join me in at at least moving in the direction of healing
