Determined to rescue every vegetable he wasted, I baked a quiche with mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, bell pepper, chives, green onions, cilantro, pepper jack cheese, spices, laced with reishi and damiana. I'm eating it with a dollop of sour cream right now and it's delicious. I may have added too much damiana, because I used excess batter for a scrambled egg earlier and I feel noticeably high. I like it when I cook. :)
