Finding zen in the concept of "negative capability" coined by John Keats:
the capability of "being in uncertainties, mysteries, doubts..."
Being able to entertain various possibilities, without binary assumptions. Mindful tolerance of uncertainty. Knowing we don't know it all, in order to remain curious.
Keats may have been young, but he lost his entire family to illness. He knew a thing or two about uncertainties. He probably pondered life and death, deeply. Girl, same.
This concept seems like a healthy coping method. I like the sentiment, a lot.
