Grateful that I am (somehow) that friend that friends go to for advice, and that I was hopefully able to help my friend today, even if only to let them know I care.
Thankful at how much interest there is in my public blog about ancient goddesses and queens. I love sharing what I know with an interested audience and continuously learning too. The topic excites me. I like feeling excited about things.
So glad I'm not sick! Yet at least. I sanitized my entire apartment and am avoiding crowds until February or so. I've also been avoiding sugar and drinking lots of elderflower/elderberry with manuka honey, and eating healthy in general, and getting plenty of sleep, and vitamins.
I'm actually surprised at how grateful I am to have discovered the app "insight timer." Some of the meditations are amazing! I do them in the bath, and it's wonderful. Better than marijuana, which I haven't really used at all for about a month and a half now, probably thanks to meditation. It was a good decision. My head is clearer and I feel less emotionally sensitive about everything. I had alcohol only once in the past month and a half, so I think that's been healthy too, for my skin, my energy level, and probably for my mind too.
Also thankful that I got to take a good long walk in the woods this week. And that I found cute little fingerless skeleton gloves to wear so that my fingers won't freeze off and I can still unlock my phone to take photos of all the pretty nature things.
