I successfully baked my breakfast for a week. Oats and buckwheat with bananas, cherries, and blueberries, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla and almond extract, cream, egg, and a very small amount of sugar and maple syrup. Now all I have to do is wake up and eat.
And since there's an apparent coffee shortage, I am flowing with it, weaning myself gradually off caffeine by drinking green tea instead. It's probably healthier anyway.
Taking care of all the neglected things today while I'm feeling motivated. Reconfiguring my kitchen to make myself want to cook more. Tossed out old things in the fridge. Sanitized. Removing anything from my environment that feels cluttered. Trying to use my time wisely now so I can enjoy the fruits of my labor later.
There is not one single cloud in the sky right now. Bright blue! I probably won't go out today but I'm enjoying the view from my big bright windows which I am so grateful for.
My next goal is to do a little yoga, maybe meditate or listen to a good podcast while tidying up. Oh solitude, it feels good to have you back today.
