I was reading about how some people feel worse around other people than alone. Like me -- except their reasons are the opposite of mine. How funny. Others apparently dislike human company because they perceive them as low energy, therefore dull and boring. I bet they're very young. Being easily bored is a sociopathic/narcissistic red flag, and problematic addiction to drama/chaos is a factor.
I am the opposite! I find manic hyperactive overly-energetic anxious people exhausting and stressful to be near because they seem stressed and obsessed with outside validation, and these are bipolar traits, and I've had scary experiences with bipolar people and people on serious drugs act that way. Trust me, too much energy is worse than not enough. I trust an exhausted pothead not to harm me. An energetic methhead or cokehead not so much! People have waaaay too much energy for my comfort. I wish everyone would calm tf down and meditate and snuggle up with a good book. Ha.
Maybe I've been triggering everyone with the chill vibe I project in social situations. Hilarious to think about. Maybe I should drink more caffeine and yell more?
